We fold a ton of laundry! And we’re really good at it…
We operate a small, bright, clean, and safe laundry facility in Oconomowoc. This is a production-only, closed facility—meaning you won’t be public-facing or dealing directly with customer customer service. Instead, you get to focus on the craft with a tight-knit team. The work is fast-paced, but we value quality over everything else. There’s no frantic rush because we want it done right, and we are happy to teach you our system—no prior laundry experience required!
The Roles & Schedule
It’s straightforward work: Loaders load, and Folders fold. We find it’s helpful to see the roles in person before deciding on your specific focus, but we are happy to accommodate your preference.
The Commitment: Looking for someone for 3 evening shifts per week (approx. 9–12 hours total).
The “Big Day”: Monday is our absolute busiest day. Availability on Mondays starting at 4:00 PM is required.
Job Requirements
Consistency: Reliability is the most important trait of a great teammate here.
Physical Comfort: Ability to stand for your shift and occasionally lift/handle heavy laundry bags (some can weigh up to 45 lbs, but you won’t be lifting them repetitively).
Attention to Detail: Because we take pride in the details, please include the phrase “Ready for Monday” in your application response to show you’ve read these requirements.
The Work Environment
Dress for Comfort: No uniforms! Dress so you can move easily. Comfortable, supportive shoes are a must.
Your Own Soundtrack: Podcasts and music through headphones are highly encouraged while you work! (We just ask that you don’t watch videos on your phone while on the clock).
Growth: Performance-based raises are available based on your quality, consistency, and the 5-star customer reviews the team earns.
